David Thompson, famed for Michelin-starred nahm restaurant at The Halkin hotel in London, will be opening his first restaurant in Bangkok this Summer. Serving authentic Thai food, this major new address for the capital will be popular with both hotel guests and Bangkok residents.
Standout dishes will include rare ingredients from all regions of Thailand. These include a jungle curry with pla chorn (a fresh water fish). There will also be a colourful array of salty and sweet Thai desserts and an extensive wine menu.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel and looking out towards the pool, guests will be able to dine within the cool interiors, or on the terrace. There will also be private dining rooms, ideal for corporate or social events. nahm Bangkok will be open seven days a week, initially for dinner only.
