Conceived by COMO’s Executive Chef Amanda Gale, Cy’an is a modern, headline restaurant for Bangkok serving Mediterranean cuisine enriched with Moorish accents.

The strong seafood emphasis and subtle spicing is constantly refreshed by Daniel Moran who currently presides over menus.
